This is an interesting advertisement by Toyota for an app that they helped designed called ‘Glass of Water’. The idea is that by focusing on keeping the water from spilling, people drive in a more ‘eco-friendly’ fashion. Overall I think this is a successful idea both in terms of environmental impact and ad success. Toyota’s sales also went up a reported 150% as a direct result of the ad, showing that money/nature saving ventures and business models are in fact well received and perhaps even desired by today’s market.
